Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Flight Hotel Reservation (“FHR”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using this site you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to them.

1. What we provide

We provide verifiable flight reservations, hotel bookings and travel medical insurance documents for use in visa applications and other travel-related purposes. Our documents are real reservations that you can verify on the airline’s or hotel’s official system.

We do not sell the underlying airline tickets or hotel stays. The service fee you pay covers only the preparation, verification and delivery of the reservation document itself.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our service. By submitting an order, you represent that the personal and travel information you provide is accurate and belongs to you or to persons for whom you are authorised to act.

3. Placing an order

Orders are placed through the booking form on this site. You are responsible for entering the correct names (matching passports), dates, destinations and contact information. Once payment is completed, your order enters our processing queue.

Requested changes should be sent immediately through live chat or the contact form. Changes after document delivery are not possible — a new order is required.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Ziina, a UAE-licensed payment gateway. We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Apple Pay. All charges are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. By paying, you authorise the charge and confirm you are the lawful holder of the payment instrument.

Chargebacks and disputes filed without first contacting our support team are considered a breach of these terms.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery is within 12–24 hours on business days. Expedited delivery options of 6 or 8 hours are available for an additional fee at checkout. Documents are delivered to the email address you provide at the time of the order.

It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct and that our messages do not land in spam or quarantine. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email or a blocked inbox.

6. Document validity

Flight reservations and hotel bookings we deliver are typically valid for up to 2 weeks from the delivery date. Actual validity windows depend on airline and hotel policies and may vary between providers.

Travel insurance documents are valid for the coverage period you select and remain active provided the underwriter’s conditions are met.

7. Corrections and changes

You may request up to two free corrections within one week of delivery for obvious errors (such as a spelling mistake in a name). Additional changes or changes outside that window require a new order. Travel insurance changes must be requested at least 5 days before the policy start date.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Submitting an order signifies that you accept that policy in full.

9. Use of documents

Our documents are intended for legitimate visa and travel purposes. You agree not to use them for fraud, identity misrepresentation, immigration violations or any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders and report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.

We do not guarantee that any embassy, consulate or immigration authority will accept any particular document. Visa decisions are the sole prerogative of the issuing authority, and we do not influence or control that outcome.

10. Intellectual property

All site content — including text, graphics, logos and design — is the property of Flight Hotel Reservation and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the site without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of visa fees, travel costs, missed flights or accommodation costs.

12. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site or placement of new orders after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable consumer protection law in the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any dispute arising from the service will be handled in good faith, first through direct support and, if unresolved, through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
