Refund Policy

We strive to deliver every order accurately and on time. This policy outlines when refunds are available and the cases where they are not. Submitting an order means you accept these terms.
Refunds are possible
Delivery delays
Standard delivery time for documents such as flight reservations and hotel bookings is 12–24 hours, with expedited options of 6–8 hours. If we fail to deliver within the window you paid for and cannot resolve the delay, you are entitled to a full refund.
Errors on our part
If we make a mistake on the document we issue, we will first attempt to correct it. If the error cannot be fixed, we will issue a full refund.
Pre-delivery cancellations
You may cancel an order any time before the document has been delivered. A 30% cancellation fee applies to cover the work already started; the remaining 70% is returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Policy violations
If we fail to honour a commitment clearly stated in our FAQs or terms, a refund will be issued.
Refunds are not possible
Post-delivery modifications
Airlines and hotels do not allow changes to reservations once they have been created. Once your document has been delivered, only a new order can produce different details — the original payment is not refunded.
Late change requests
If you request a change after the document has been delivered without having notified us beforehand, you are not eligible for a refund.
Cancelled bookings
Refund eligibility for any cancelled booking depends on the timing rules outlined in our FAQs. Cancellations outside those timing windows are not refundable.
Unused documents
Not using the documents you ordered is not a ground for refund. Once we have produced and delivered a valid reservation, the service has been rendered.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance refunds are only possible if requested at least 10 days before the trip start date. A 30% service fee is deducted from any eligible insurance refund.
Late modifications
Change requests received more than 5 days after the documents were delivered are not eligible for any refund.
Visa denials
We do not refund visa-denial cases unless the embassy issues written documentation explicitly linking the denial to our service. A visa refusal on its own is not a qualifying reason.
Early receipt non-use
Receiving your documents earlier than expected and choosing not to use them does not qualify for a refund.
How to request a refund
Contact our support team through the live chat or contact form with your order reference and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reach your bank within 5–10 business days.
