Refund Policy – FHR Travels

Refunds are possible under specific circumstances:

  • If we are unable to deliver your travel documents within the specified timeframe, we want to keep you informed. Our standard delivery time for documents such as flight reservations and hotel bookings is 12-24 hours. For urgent requests, we strive to provide documents within 4-8 hours. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure you receive your necessary travel documentation as quickly as possible!
  • If we make any mistakes with your flight reservation or hotel booking, we will work quickly to correct them. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund. Our goal is to ensure your travel plans are smooth and stress-free. Thank you for your understanding!
  • If you decide to cancel your order before it’s delivered, you can do so for any valid reason. Please note that a 30% cancellation fee will apply to the total cost. The remaining 70% will be refunded to your associated card within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds are not possible in the following cases:

  • If you request changes to your flight reservation or hotel booking details after we’ve sent the documents, please note that airlines do not permit changes to existing bookings. They only allow new reservations. For any modifications, we recommend placing a new order. We understand this may be inconvenient, but it is the only option available due to airline policies. Thank you for your understanding.
  • To avoid any issues, please include all requests or instructions for changes, modifications, or corrections when you fill out your order form on our website. If you request changes after the documents are delivered, and the correction is not possible, you will not qualify for a refund. This policy helps ensure that we can accommodate your needs before finalizing your flight reservation, hotel booking, or travel insurance.
  • If you request a refund due to a canceled flight reservation or hotel booking, please review the time guidelines in our FAQs. Refunds are only possible if your request meets these conditions; otherwise, we won’t be able to issue a refund.
  • If you request a refund in the future simply because you didn’t utilize our provided travel documents, like your flight reservation or hotel booking, we won’t be able to process a refund. To prevent any misunderstandings, please ensure you need the documents before completing your order.
  • To receive a refund for your travel insurance, please submit your request at least 10 days prior to your trip start date. After this deadline, refunds cannot be processed due to insurance company policies, which are beyond our control. If your refund is approved, we will deduct a service fee of 30% from the total insurance cost, along with any applicable merchant service fees and charges from the insurance provider. The remaining balance will be refunded to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 5 to 10 business days.
  • If you want to modify your flight reservation or hotel booking after 5 days of receiving your documents, changes may be limited, but you will not qualify for a refund.
  • If your visa application is denied due to our provided documents or services, we can’t process a refund without sufficient proof. To initiate a refund, you must submit a written letter from the embassy that clearly states the reason for the visa refusal and links it to our documents. Please reach out to us with this information, and we’ll be glad to assist you further.
  • If you get your travel documents early and later choose not to use them, we can’t offer a refund. Please check your flight reservation and hotel booking as soon as possible to confirm everything is correct.
